Landscape Structures Inc., a 2013 Kiwanis Vision Partner, has been creating innovative playground equipment since 1971. The Kiwanis family partners with Landscape Structures to bring play and playgrounds to communities, especially on its signature day of service: Kiwanis One Day.
“Kiwanis clubs are helping enrich communities by taking on the planning, fundraising and installation of playgrounds as service projects,” said Pam Norman, director of corporate partnerships at Kiwanis International. “Playgrounds make a huge difference in the lives of children, and we as Kiwanis members are proud to partner with Landscape Structures to be the catalyst for community growth.”
Pat Faust, president of Landscape Structures said:
“We believe that playgrounds help kids of all abilities develop their bodies and minds; the lessons they learn on the playground will be with them for the rest of their lives. Our partnership, and the physical work of Kiwanis members, will benefit many children and families while providing generations of fun.”
Landscape Structures has created a personalization program to offer Kiwanis clubs. With the purchase of a play structure, Kiwanis clubs will be able to select from one of three items to bring recognition to their club on the playground they helped create.
