Overview
RSI provided a turnkey solution to cover the amenity space for the LEED Silver and WELL Standard Certified, 125,000 s.f. Class AA Office Space. RSI worked alongside the owner and architect to facilitate the custom design of the structure, keep costs within budget, and to ensure that potential field conflicts were minimized for the tight space.
Structure: 30’ x 40’ Monoslope (MSL) with custom columns, stained Tongue & Groove and Mega-Rib roof
